it dose not just a high building. while Korea were developing fast in 80,90s, it stood at 1985. that was kind of symbol.
it meant special to us. 63 building was highest between 1985 to 2003.
there's ground floor 60 and basement floor3. its outside is full glass that color in gold.
it locate in middle of Seoul. it is best to look around Seoul.
